LIZA LIEW

Liza is a psychology graduate from the University of Bath. Since joining LeadWomen in 2019, her work has been focused on creating inclusive and safe workplaces for all in the working industry. In March 2020, she led the transformation of the Women in Leadership programme into virtual space as the world adjusted to the new normal.

She is currently the manager at LeadWomen and leads client engagement to customize inclusion programs and workshops for organizations. She was part of the UN Women WEPs Activation Campaign for Malaysia, raising awareness on the Women’s Empowerment Principles across 250+ companies, increasing the number of signatories in Malaysia from 8 to 109. Her interest is in high performance (in individuals and teams) having specialised in Sports Psychology in her studies.
